 Hello,  my name is Kim Milligin and I have 22 years experience in Property  Management with developed elite sales skills. I've had immeasurable  success in training consultants to becoming leaders in the industry. My  success with training consultants is that I am able to assess the  individual, the property as well as the market condition and apply my  skills to customize a plan for occupancy success.
